The Houseperson supports room attendants by distributing linens and supplies, removing used linens, and maintaining guest-floor hallways to help the housekeeping team prepare rooms efficiently. Responsibilities: Assist room attendants with stripping beds and removing used linens and towels. Transport used towels and linens to the designated laundry area. Deliver fresh towels, linens, and additional supplies to room attendants as needed. Communicate with room attendants to support efficient, timely guest-room cleaning. Vacuum guest-floor hallways and maintain assigned areas to property standards. Complete assigned work with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding guest expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: At least 18 years of age. Minimum of one year of hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience. Experience operating cleaning equipment and safely handling cleaning chemicals.
