Location: Medford Dental Arts Salary Range: $225,000.00 To $350,000.00 annually Experienced Lead/Partner Dentist – Medford Dental Arts, Medford, NJ  Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus ,  commensurate with experience  Full-Time, 4 days per week Great opportunity for partnership! Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans. Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care. Leverage digital tools such as iTero, CBCT, Wave One, Overjet, etc. to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication. Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources. Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.
