The Specialist, Administrative Support role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and gain broad exposure to key business priorities, initiatives, and decision-making. You will provide proactive executive and team support by managing complex scheduling, meetings, travel, events, communications, tracking, reporting, and execution. You will anticipate needs, solve problems, maintain confidentiality, and improve administrative processes to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness.
What you have
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience providing administrative or executive support in a corporate or enterprise environment
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics with accuracy and efficiency
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional communications for leadership
Proven ability to operate with discretion and handle confidential information with sound judgment
Experience working with senior leaders or executives, with a focus on anticipating needs and enabling productivity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, and enterprise collaboration tools
Ability to build strong relationships and effectively partner across teams and functions
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to removing friction and improving processes
Experience supporting events, meetings, or projects, including coordination, logistics, and execution support
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting senior leaders at the Managing Director level or above in a complex, fast-paced enterprise environment
