POSITION SUMMARY:       The Executive Assistant, based at our global headquarters in Denver, Colorado, serves as a proactive partner to members of Advanced Energy’s executive leadership team, as well as their organizations. This role is responsible for handling highly confidential, critical information, including collecting and preparing materials for executive staff discussions and meetings, and preparing presentation materials for executive meetings. In addition to traditional executive support responsibilities, the Executive Assistant serves as a coordinator and facilitator of key business initiatives, helping drive execution, accountability, and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate exercises sound judgment, anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and serves as a trusted resource to executives and their teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively manage calendars, priorities, and scheduling for multiple executives. Coordinate executive travel, expense reporting, and related administrative activities. Plan, coordinate, and support meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up action items. Coordinate preparation for executive staff meetings, leadership reviews, and other key forums.
