Chemours is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Chief Enterprise Enablement Officer (EEO) . The candidate will also support the EEO Leadership Team. This position will be available at the Wilmington, DE office and report directly to the Chief Enterprise Enablement Officer.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner who is able to exercise independent judgment based on a broad knowledge of the business, and able to prioritize work to align with business priorities.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and arrange travel for senior executives.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other confidential documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Serve as a liaison between executives and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Anticipate potential issues and address them before they escalate, allowing executives to focus on strategic initiatives.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Utilize digital platforms (SharePoint, Teams, internal databases) to manage procurement data and facilitate information sharing.
Work with the leadership team on specific projects including quarterly Town halls, strategy reviews, and talent development.
Manage/process vendor invoices and perform confirmations and ROS, ensuring accuracy and timely payment through SAP.
