The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Marketing Officer of Exclusive Collective, who oversees marketing across a portfolio that includes Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, and onefinestay, as well as two additional senior executives.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the center of a fast-moving, highly collaborative organization. More than managing calendars and logistics, this person will serve as a trusted partner to both executives—anticipating needs, protecting their time, connecting dots across teams, and ensuring priorities continue to move forward.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, polished, resourceful, and discreet, with the judgment to know what requires attention, what can be handled independently, and what can wait. They are equally comfortable managing complex executive schedules, preparing for important leadership meetings, navigating last-minute travel changes, or bringing order to a rapidly evolving set of priorities.
The role will work a hybrid schedule from our Denver office, primarily on East Coast hours.
Above all, this person makes the executives—and the people and teams around them—more effective.
