Executive, Cost Accounting

1 Inventory Accounting & Analysis Provide support for month-end inventory closing activities. Prepare and analyze plant-wise inventory reports including: Expired, Near Expired, Slow moving & Non Moving Support in inventory reconciliations and inventory valuation activities. Assist in monitoring inventory provisions and write-off requirements. Provide DN/CN working for auditors as part of Statutory Audit Handling & Controlling Cycle count activities in co-ordination with Plant Production & warehouse team 2 Manufacturing Cost Control Review manufacturing work orders on a weekly basis. Analyze material consumption against standard BOM and analyse variances. Monitor production yields and process losses. Support in calculattion of manufacturing variance analysis and reporting. 3 Product Costing Prepare cost estimates for new products and R&D products. Assist in preparation and maintenance of product cost sheets. 4 Budgeting & LE Activities Assist in preparation of Annual Budge
