Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role specifications. Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines, and reports within Keka Hire. Ensure timely closure of positions as per defined TAT. Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Maintain a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
