Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operations, your duties and responsibilities for the Group of Companies are as follows:
Develop operation plans (event layout and seating plans) from the start to the end of the event, including risk management plans
Coordinate with vendors, such as transport, accommodation and venue to ensure adherence to event plans and budget
Liaise with the appointed ticketing systems vendor to ensure that everything runs smoothly and accurately
Manage event expenditure within the events budget, liaise with finance on invoicing and payment matters to ensure timely settlement
Manage and liaise with artiste management, if required
Manage all customer inquiries, requests and feedback promptly and professionally
Source and hire crews including translators for events, if required
Be mindful of and comply with various event’s policies and procedures to ensure that they are within government rules and regulations
Evaluate the latest technology trends that can be leveraged to spur innovation in events and customer experience
Recommend measures to improve processes, always strive to do better and adopt best practices
Resolve all project issues and deviations to ensure that projects are executed as planned
Review project deliverables to ensure that they adhere to project plans
Support department administration work; such as applying for license, application and filing of files
Assist in venue sales for the event space at House of Tan Yeok Nee
Handle and support the Team’s other projects, such as merchandise, customer experience programs
Support ad-hoc projects, as directed by the Head of Department
