Executive Producer (Events)

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER Experiential Agency, Singapore -- This brand communications agency, with offices all over the world, is looking for an Executive Producer to join their growing office in Singapore. You'll be overseeing the delivery of experiential events for a number of exciting and well-known brands. You will also be involved in growing and then managing the Production team in Singapore. What you'll be doing: Leading the management, development and growth of the Production team Managing the delivery of product launches, press events, activations, festivals etc Producing RFPs and RFIs - guiding the development, timeline, writing and presentation Preparing budgets and quotations for clients (using Procim) Sourcing for and managing third party suppliers Organising regular team meetings Ensuring clear communication with clients Coaching and developing junior team members What you need: At least 10 years' experience working in events production Time spent in creative/advertising/experiential agencies Experience producing a variety of events - product launches, activations, press events etc Experience creating/managing budgets and timelines Strong team management and mentoring experience EA #: R1764851 License #: 20S0266
