📍 Location: Noida (Sector-63, F Block) 🏢 Company: Vashi Integrated Solutions Limited 💼 Experience: 0–2 Years 🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate with strong system knowledge, documentation skills, and logistics coordination experience. ✅ Required Skills: • SAP S/4 HANA Knowledge • Sales Invoice Processing & Verification • MIGO & Delivery Documentation • E-Way Bill & E-Invoice Handling • GST Knowledge & Invoice Verification • Strong MS Excel Skills • Good Typing Speed • Email Handling & Documentation • Basic Logistics & Supply Chain Knowledge • Shipment Tracking & POD Follow-up 🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Invoice creation, verification, and processing in SAP • MIGO processing and delivery documentation management • E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation • Tracking dispatched materials and maintaining delivery status records • Follow-up with transporters, branches, and customers for POD collection • Ensuring timely confirmation of material delivery after invoicing • Maintaining shipment tracking updates and system status records • Coordination with Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, Accounts, and Transporter teams • MIS reporting and system updates • Ensuring accuracy and compliance in billing and logistics processes
