Exercise Integration and Readiness Coordinator The Opportunity:
Plan, coordinate, and integrate WRM and PWM capabilities into exercises, training events, operational demonstrations, and contingency planning activities. Support asset utilization planning, reconstitution activities, lessons learned collection, and concept validation efforts. Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced advisory skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

You Have:
7+ years of experience with Air Force WRM
7+ years of experience with exercise planning, logistics operations, or readiness management
Experience supporting Air Force exercises and contingency operations
Experience allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing requirements
Experience leading and participating in a working group or planning groups
Knowledge of distribution management and materiel management
Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and various types of briefings, and present products to stakeholders and decision-makers to achieve key outcomes
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience working on strategic-level military staff
Experience working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments
Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, to solve complex problems
Possession of excellent planning and coordination skills
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree
USAF 2G0X1 or similar Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
