Business Intelligence (BI) Strategy is a critical vertical and In this pivotal role, you will help strengthen our BI landscape through data unification, standardization, automation and AI-enabled solutions. Collaborating across diverse internal data & Analytics teams, you will drive the adoption of Efficient BI. Beyond technology, you will champion strategic change management, foster communities of practice and lead the upskilling initiatives required to cultivate a world-class data culture. Responsibilities : Define and execute a cohesive global BI strategy , aligning diverse Data & Analytics teams and business stakeholders to ensure a consistent, value-driven framework across the organization Lead a comprehensive audit of the current landscape to identify and eliminate redundancies , Execute strategies for standardization, rationalization and automation to optimize the portfolio for cost efficiency and clarity Partner with Data Governance, Global IT - Data Architecture , platform & delivery teams to drive "Unified Data" initiatives, establishing trusted, reusable data products that eliminate silos and ensure robust governance standards Drive the adoption of enterprise-grade architecture and standard reporting tools across regional & Service teams, transitioning the organization from manual, disparate workflows to automated, scalable reporting solutions Spearhead the adoption of next-gen "AI for BI" capabilities, including Generative AI and NLP and driving the execution of Conversational BI across domains and empowering business stakeholders to interact with data conversationally Demonstrate cross-functional leadership by collaborating with functional leads to manage organizational change, drive tool adoption and upskill teams on modern data best practices Establish and lead a "Global BI Community of Practice" to foster collaboration, share success stories, and break down knowledge silos across regions and functions Required  Qualifications : 10–12 years of experience in Data, Analytics and Business Intelligence with a…
