Export & QA Document Coordinator
Dr. Oetker is a state-of-the-art Pizza Production Facility in London, Ontario. With our Head Quarters in Germany, and operations in over 40 countries around the world, we are an international company with deep family roots dating back to 1891. Our London facility, which employees about 300 associates, was built in 2014 and showcases modern, highly automated, high volume production lines where we produce Ristorante, Casa di Mama and Giuseppe pizzas under the Dr. Oetker label.
In our facility, we start with raw materials such as flour and yeast to make a great pizza crust, topping with sauce and ingredients to make a fantastic, finished pizza and then freezing and packaging the pizzas for retail distribution. The Export & QA Document Coordinator you will work within a team of Quality associates in conjunction with Logistics and Production that produces the highest quality Dr. Oetker pizza where food safety and security are of the utmost importance.
This is an onsite role based out of our London Facility, working Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is essential to align with production schedules and business needs.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Specialist within the QA department you will:
Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end export process, including monitoring the production export activities, liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other external service providers.
Work closely with Dr. Oetker’s Quality Assurance team and CFIA on all product shipments.
Ability to understand and stay up to date on border controls and requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all required international shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Accurately review and prepare documents, including export documents from raw material to finished goods.
Collaborate with Logistics and Production to determine solutions and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
