REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED Previous Experience/Work History: 3 Years Maintenance Experience, direct experience and knowledge making repairs in residential and commercial sites. Driver's License and Vehicle Required PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be physically able to lift and move items as necessary at least 50 pounds. SPECIFIC DUTIES: To assist, perform or arrange the completion of maintenance functions in all agency facilities. This includes making repairs, requesting support from outside contractors and other team members. When scheduled, will open and/or close locations according to procedures and in keeping with the Security System. Perform site checklists to assure safe operation of all mechanical systems and the environment in general. Monitor and ensure preventative maintenance schedule for all PATH facilities (including interior and exterior). Complete checklists. This may include landscaping, cleaning, and other facility maintenance work orders. Assist supervisor in training the staff in facilities maintenance issues.
