Education & Experience Education and Experience Required: High school diploma/GED and o ne (1) year of experience in facilities operations, building monitoring, or technical support. Certifications, Licenses, or Registration Required: Valid Mississippi driver’s license. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledgeable in energy management, HVAC, electrical systems, pump drives, elevators, steam systems and fire systems. Proficient computer skills and software applications, Interpersonal skills; Verbal and written communication skills; Ability to monitor, control and teach applicable systems; Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented; Customer service skills. Responsibilities: Oversees and monitors the building automation and energy management systems, reporting equipment failures and malfunctions.
