We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer focused Facilities Specialist (1099 Contract Role) to help create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our Dallas office. This individual takes pride in maintaining a professional workspace, responds promptly to team member requests through Microsoft Teams and Outlook, and approaches each day with a positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset. This is an ongoing contract opportunity intended to support long-term business needs and is not a fixed-duration assignment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

What you will do…
Monitor the condition of the facility, including office areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and common spaces
Respond to cleaning requests submitted through Microsoft Teams or Outlook
Spot-clean spills, glass, entry doors, and floors as needed
Assist with desk setups, office moves, and furniture arrangements
Setup spaces as needed for special on-site events or meetings
Reset conference rooms and collaborative spaces after meetings
Support special projects and workplace improvements as assigned
What you bring…
2+ year of facilities, custodial or workplace operations experience in an office environment or corporate setting required
Proactive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for communication
Detail-oriented, with pride in a clean, polished space
Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
This is a contract role. Must be able to work in our Dallas office as this is not a remote role
