FACILITIES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Kitchen Kettle Village
Intercourse, PA | $16-$18 per hour | Full-time, Non-Exempt
If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, welcoming, and ready for guests, this hands-on role is an important part of the Kitchen Kettle Village experience. As a Physical Plant Stewardship team member , you’ll help care for restrooms, common areas, offices, grounds, and other spaces throughout the Village while pitching in wherever the Physical Plant team needs you. This is a great fit for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, active, and able to notice what needs to be done without always waiting for direction. Your work helps create the clean, comfortable environment our guests and team members enjoy every day.

What You’ll Do
Clean and maintain public restrooms, including floors, fixtures, surfaces, and other areas.
Keep restrooms and common areas stocked with paper products, soap, sanitizers, and cleaning supplies.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors throughout assigned areas of the Village.
Empty interior and exterior trash cans and help keep Village grounds free of litter.
Clean employee breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and other common areas as scheduled.
Tackle detail-cleaning projects such as windows, light fixtures, overhead cobwebs, and pressure washing.
Collect, wash, organize, and restock mop heads, cleaning rags, and other supplies.
Help maintain an attractive Village environment by recognizing and completing cleaning tasks that need attention.
Assist with moving items for Village shops and support other Physical Plant projects as requested.
Help with seasonal needs, including snow and ice removal.
Safely use cleaning equipment, carts, hand tools, and other equipment required for the job.
Build positive relationships with guests and team members while participating in team meetings and supporting the Physical Plant team.
