The Aerospace Business Unit takes care of everything related to Aerospace applications. This includes Sales, Manufacturing, Business Development, and creating new products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as Business Controller, directly reporting to the Cluster controller Aeroengine Europe and Balls Factories, you will be responsible mainly for the following activities:
Partner with Factory Management to provide timely financial analysis and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to maximize performance
Identify / initiate actions to improve profitability and assets turns, personally executing appropriate ones. Examples include working capital reduction strategies, contribution margin leakage and countermeasures, operations restructuring, product cost re-engineering, financial analysis and modeling, and sustaining lean manufacturing savings
Guide the annual organization of planning and budget allocation to promote the establishment of feasible goals aimed at consistent progress, accompanied by actionable steps to guarantee the realization of target results. Ensure a thorough understanding of plan drivers and opportunities / risks to facilitate development of cogent contingency plans
Facilitate the realization of specific results that either fulfill or excel beyond the planned benchmarks. Continuously monitor variances, identify risks and opportunities and initiate corrective actions
