Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Angular and/or Java. This role will provide technical leadership across Angular-based web applications, Java backend services, API integrations, and digital application delivery. The Senior Lead Engineer will be responsible for driving solution design, technical delivery, code quality, engineering best practices, and end-to-end implementation of digital capabilities. This role requires strong technical depth, the ability to work across frontend and backend teams, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing technical guidance, reviewing designs and code, partnering with architects and product teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring successful delivery from planning through production implementation. Essential Job Functions Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in application development to manage specialized system applications throughout their lifecycle to ensure application solutions meet business needs. Influences and works to solve complex problems; analyzes more complex business requirements and user requirements and develops advanced, innovative and useful software solutions. Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations. May lead complex or cross-functional projects or manage relationships with vendors/contractors. Participates in all aspects of product development from advanced, detailed programming to high-level, complex system design.
