About the role
Bayer Crop Science in Pinkenba is seeking an experienced Finished Goods Store Person to support the safe and efficient movement of products across domestic and international supply chains. This is a varied, hands-on role combining forklift operation, warehouse activities, freight coordination and inventory management. Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will play an important role in ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and service.
Role Responsibilities
Safely operate reach and counterbalance forklifts.
Receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch finished goods.
Load and unload trucks, containers and freight shipments.
Process inventory movements and warehouse transactions using SAP and RF scanning technology.
Prepare and maintain freight, dispatch and export documentation.
Assist with container loading and freight preparation activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and audit trails.
Work collaboratively with transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Adhere to all warehouse, safety and quality requirements.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Current Open Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
Current LF Forklift Licence with strong reach forklift experience.
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, freight or distribution environment.
Experience using SAP or a similar warehouse management system.
Experience preparing freight, dispatch or inventory documentation.
Strong numeracy, literacy and problem-solving skills.
Confidence working with inventory transactions and warehouse systems.
Exposure to airfreight, sea freight, IATA, IMDG or Dangerous Goods operations is advantageous.
Certificate III or IV in Warehousing and Logistics highly regarded.
