Who you are: We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Field Hardware Technician who will support the Video Tiger Team by delivering rapid, hands-on technical support at customer and pilot sites, installing, configuring, testing and troubleshooting camera and telematics hardware, and collecting reliable training data for Geotab’s AI models. What you'll do: The Field Hardware Technician supports Geotab’s Video Tiger Team by delivering rapid, hands-on technical support for enterprise customers and pilot sites. This role installs, configures, tests, and troubleshoots camera and telematics hardware, including power connections, harnesses, mounting, calibration, connectivity, as well as creating and collecting material for training of Geotabs AI models. The technician supports pilots from pre-installation preparation through completion, documents field findings, and helps generate controlled training data for new computer vision behaviors when customer footage is unavailable. This role requires strong practical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, safe vehicle operation, and a willingness to travel frequently to customer and test sites.
