Field Operation Specialist

Position: Field Operation Specialist Company:  International Automotive  Location: Ulaanbaatar Job Responsibilities: Implement and lead improvement activities at the dealer's business operation Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with dealers to develop and implement effective solutions Develop and execute strategic plans for service initiatives that align with company goals and enhance dealers' performance Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other operational teams to design and promote new service products to meet customer needs Create training materials and provide training sessions for dealers on new products and services to ensure successful implementation Prepare and present reports on performance metrics, progress of initiatives, and status of product development to senior management Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, field management, or related roles within the automotive industry Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, including KAIZEN(continuous improvement) Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus) Business analyst, business improvement experience in is a plus A spirit of challenge and develop outside of the scope of work is desirable If you are interested in this position, please send your updated CV to sunderiya@scc.mn or contact me at +976 9188 -8387 .
