About the job: We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team and assist with the technical support, installation and repairs / technical service of CNC Machine Tools for our customers.  These machines include 2D and 3D Lasers, Press Brakes, Automatic Laser Welders, Punches, 3D Printers, Plasma Cutters, Plate Rolls, Automation/Material Handling systems and similar equipment. After a thorough technical onboarding and training program, you will: Support the overall technical needs of our customers and sales team. Provide customers with the details on facility requirements needed to successfully install machines they purchase and assist in the preparation of the installation site. Be on-site for machine deliveries to ensure equipment condition and proper placement. Install machines and accessories at customer sites, including all necessary assembly, leveling, aligning, adjusting, calibrating, wiring, and commissioning of machines and accessories. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, software and other equipment. Provide training to customers on functions and proper use of equipment and accessories.
