We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team.  In this pivotal role, your leadership is at the heart of our operations, you will lead and support a highly skilled technician and underground workgroup engaged in network maintenance and emergency response activities. Communicate relevant information to employees and ensure understanding, particularly of critical safety information. Ensure safe completion of work to the required standards of quality, cost and time. Work with other employees who plan and schedule work to validate the schedule and ensure appropriate allocation of labour and resources. Apply the performance development framework to effectively support employee development and career progression. Coordinate emergency functions for storm and emergency response as required. You are a skilled and passionate leader who is Electrically qualified (Cert III Electrotechnology or ESI OH). We need you to be experienced in leading and developing field-based employees, in heavy industry and/or high-risk environments. You are a strong communicator who thrives on fostering strong relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders. You are highly adaptable, agile, and work well within a collaborative environment. We need someone who can plan and prioritise their workloads to meet tight deadlines. Sound knowledge of trade-based practices preferably in the electricity distribution industry Class C Drivers Licence.
