Qualification and Minimum Entry Requirements MBA (from premier B School) / CA or equivalent with majors in Finance/Accounting, MCA/B.Tech. (from premier institutes) or equivalent in Business Analytics, Information System & Data Science with relevant experience in Finance Transformation The candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in finance transformation consulting or Finance/Accounting related to Organization Structure, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Financial Close, etc. Extensive implementation experience and knowledge of financial close applications like BlackLine Certification in different BlackLine modules like Account Reconciliation, Journal Entry, Transaction Matching, FRA, Studio360 etc. is an added advantage Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels Excellent organization and follow-up skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently Curiosity about business and technology Experience with the following will be a plus: FloQast, Workiva, Coupa, Kyriba, High Radius Position Responsibilities As a Senior Associate within the DDS Point Solutions Finance Automation practice, you will work with various sized clients and receive hands-on client experience and you will be responsible for providing the highest level of operational support to RSM clients. The candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success.
