Role Overview
As a Finance Business Controller, you will support and monitor the business and financial operations of the Group by focusing on the delivery of high-quality reporting and providing timely and accurate financial data.

Focus : Historical data, compliance, accuracy, and financial stability;
Role : Manages the core finance function, ensuring the integrity of financial data;
Key Activities : Financial statement preparation, internal controls, working capital management, and ensuring regulatory compliance;
Mindset : Detail-oriented, risk-averse, ensuring accuracy and control.
A Day in the Life of a Finance Business Controller at QUALCO includes:
Analyze, present, and explain business performance, trends, and key value drivers in close collaboration with Business Unit Managers and senior business owners, while preparing internal and external reporting across all three financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow);
Contribute directly to the Budget, Forecast, and long-term Business Plan cycles, including the continuous enhancement of QUALCO’s corporate model and coordination with stakeholders on key assumptions and inputs;
Identify trends and patterns through KPI analysis versus plan and prior periods, and translate findings into actionable insights;
Apply strong cost control discipline and attention to detail to review and interpret variances between actual, budget, and forecast figures;
Support Management and business and financial planning through presentations, analysis, and ad hoc strategic or operational projects, as required and;
Ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
4+ years of working experience in IT, Professional Services, Big 4 firms, and/or multinational organizations;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent;
A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent, and/or professional certifications such as Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), CFA or ACCA, will be considered an asset;
Solid financial reporting, presentation, and modeling skills, including the ability to prepare cash flow statements from the P&L and Balance Sheet and to project the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow based on a forecast P&L and key assumptions;
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure and tight deadlines;
