We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to support employee expense administration, corporate card management, project cost tracking, and the Finance team's general operations. This position is suitable for someone with strong organizational and financial support skills who is interested in developing broader experience in finance and accounting.

π§ Key Responsibilities

Expense and Corporate Card Management
Review expense reports and corporate card transactions for accuracy, proper coding, documentation, and policy compliance.
Resolve missing documentation and outstanding transactions, and assist employees with expense procedures.
Support corporate card issuance, cancellation, and account maintenance.

Project Cost Actuals Management
Track actual costs by project, department, and business unit, and prepare monthly cost reports.
Coordinate with project teams and Finance to validate cost data, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile records.

Finance Administrative Support
Maintain Finance records, approvals, reporting schedules, and meeting materials.
Support employee setup for Finance systems, corporate cards, and expense porcesses.
Provide other administrative and coordination support as needed.

Additional Finance and Accounting Support
These duties will begin on a support basis and may expand based on experience, performance, and team needs.
Reporting and Analysis: Assist with month-end closing, budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and Excel-based reports and reconciliations.
Audit and Tax: Gather supporting documentation, coordinate information requests, and track outstanding items.
Banking and Treasury: Assist with payments, cash transactions, bank reconciliations, and related records and approvals.
π Qualifications and Requirements

Education, Experience, and Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
Relevant experience in finance, accounting, expense administration, project cost management, or a related business function is preferred.
Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, audits, tax, or treasury activities is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel; e xperience with an expense management, ERP, accounting, orβ¦
