Competitive Salary of $154,461- $186,181 annually Who you are: We are seeking a knowledgeable Finance Director for a Full Time role working in an administrative setting. As a member of the finance team, the Finance Director will direct all fiscal operations, financial planning, and government compliance of the organization. The Finance Director will: Assures that management of all the financial affairs of MACT Health Board, Inc, including contracts with funding sources, is effective and efficient and meets all accounting and governmental standards. Partners with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to shape financial growth, capital projects, and service line expansions. Assures proper internal controls of the organization and establishes quality assurance activities to allow for this to take place. Supervises all payroll functions. Ensures proper and timely financial monitoring of contracts and grants. Prepares specialized filings such as Medicare/Medi-Cal cost reports, and 340b drug pricing program compliance.
