About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / FP&A Lead to join our growing finance team and play a key role across our US and UK operations. This is a hands-on role that combines FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, and month/quarter-end close responsibilities . The successful candidate will work closely with the US and UK Controllers and have the opportunity to support a complex, multi-group biotech organization. The role will report directly to the Finance leadership team and will be responsible for helping ensure the accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of financial reporting and close processes , while also providing meaningful financial analysis and insight to support business decisions. We are particularly interested in candidates with biotech or life sciences experience , strong technical accounting knowledge, and experience working across US and UK reporting environments. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Lead and support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Provide meaningful analysis and insights into financial performance, trends, and business drivers. Partner with business and finance stakeholders to develop financial plans and forecasts. Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership. Support scenario analysis and longer-term financial planning.
