The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in managing finance operations, and preferably come from an e-commerce, D2C, or high-growth consumer business. Key Responsibilities Manage financial controllership, including month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Drive business finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business performan
