What You'll Responsible For: Key Responsibilities   Finance Operations, Accounting & Reporting Oversee the day-to-day financial accounting activities of the company, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, payments and reconciliations. Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper flow of financial information between finance, operations and other functions. Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reporting. Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies and exceptions in a timely manner. Ensure appropriate accounting treatment for new services, transactions, contracts and commercial arrangements. Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements and ensure appropriate financial planning. Finance process & systems development Establish and continuously improve end-to-end finance processes and workflows for the service business. Work with the wider Wilhelmsen Accounting & Finance team and relevant support functions to define finance requirements for ERP and other business systems. Establish appropriate processes for high-volume and recurring transactions, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, automation and scalability. Ensure finance processes are appropriately integrated with operational systems and data flows. Develop and maintain finance procedures, process documentation and working instructions. Identify opportunities to standardise, simplify and automate finance activities as the business grows. Finance control, compliance & governance Implement and maintain effective internal financial controls in accordance with WSM policies. Ensure appropriate segregation of duties, approval authorities, reconciliations and audit trails. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, IFRS, tax and statutory requirements. Support…
