Financial Analyst, FP&A

We're looking for an FP&A Financial Analyst to build the models and reporting leadership uses to plan and make decisions, in a role with real visibility to senior management in the DC area. What you'll do Build and maintain budget, forecast, and long-range planning models Prepare monthly reporting packages and budget-to-actual variance analysis Partner with department leaders on headcount and spend planning Develop KPI dashboards and ad hoc financial analysis Support board and leadership presentations What you bring BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics 2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with an ERP and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Nice to have: Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar planning software Compensation $80,000 to $110,000 base, depending on experience.
