The successful candidate will support real estate development projects through Gracorp providing exposure to development, investments, project finance, financial analysis, and strategic business growth. We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, corporate finance, real estate, accounting, banking, consulting, or a related field. Reporting to senior leaders within the Development Division, you will provide analytical support for development projects, investment opportunities, financial modeling, market analysis, business planning, and strategic decision-making across both the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site   Financial Analysis & Modeling Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models for real estate development, infrastructure investments, and strategic business opportunities. Support project feasibility studies, investment analysis, valuations, cash flow forecasting, and business case development. Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and risk analysis to support decision-making. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. Support due diligence and transaction-related analyses. Real Estate Development (Gracorp) Support the evaluation of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master-planned community developments. Assist with land acquisition analysis, development pro formas, and project feasibility assessments. Monitor market trends, development activity, and competitive conditions.
