OPPORTUNITY
The Financial Analyst will report into the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A") and work within a dynamic ~6+ Infrastructure FP&A team. The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end financial forecasting, valuations, planning and budgeting processes, variance analysis, investor return analysis, and internal dashboards. This role will have the opportunity to interact closely with the Asset Management and Financial Reporting teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ownership of the projects' financial and compliance requirements and acting as the finance first point of contact for the Value Creation & Asset Management, Fund Reporting and Financial Reporting teams.
Working with the Value Creation & Asset Management team to manage the operational financial models for the projects and related analysis, including preparing valuations for the projects.
