Financial Analyst (Montreal, Contract)

Our client, the BIG FOUR consulting firm, is hiring for the Financial Analyst position in the Montreal Area. This is a contract, hybrid position.  The hourly compensation rate is negotiable. Must be bilingual.  The Financial Analyst may be responsible for but is not limited to; Preparing profit and loss models, balance sheets and other management reports, using Microsoft Excel to forecast financial outcomes Maintaining confidential financial information Performing budgeting variance and forecasting analysis for various levels of management Analyze investment projects Forecast future trends in investments, stocks, and other financial projects Forecast different scenarios and ways to deal with each potential outcome Develop risk profiles for clients Compile investment data in organized reporting systems Advise clients on how to proceed with financial projects based on analysis of the market (past and present) Develop tools to optimize the analysis of financial documents
