Financial Analyst

Job title: Financial Analyst Company: International Mining Equipment Supplier Area: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia Main responsibilities: Conduct market and industry analysis at both the country and company levels. Prepare periodic reports on competitors and manufacturers. Assess financial and industry-related risks. Perform SWOT analyses on target companies. Consolidate and analyze financial data. Develop and maintain financial models. Assist in the valuation process for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals. Support the credit approval process for customers. Analyze financial statements and evaluate customers' financial performance. Maintain the confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, and other assigned tasks. Take on additional responsibilities as the project evolves through different phases. Job requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management. Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in accounting or finance. Hands-on experience in corporate finance and IFRS accounting standards. Professional certifications like ACCA, CFA, or CPA are advantageous. Strong critical thinking skills. Proficient in reporting and presenting data in various formats, with outstanding planning abilities. Ability to manage a demanding workload, including conflicting demands on time. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
