POSITION SUMMARY: The Finisher primarily performs hands-on tasks, including laser marking, assembly, mass finishing, final cleaning, and chemical finishing of manufactured parts, while adhering to established quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure an effective manufacturing flow, with accuracy, and fulfillment of all customer requirements. This position as well will support: Perform daily laser cutting and welding operations, including preparing, staging, loading, unloading, and handling components, as well as laser marking, deburring, cleaning, assembly, and other secondary operations. Maintain production flow, communicate part or process concerns, support inspection needs, and work with Quality and Manufacturing to ensure components meet documented requirements and production schedules.
