Sr Manager Commercial Finance

Sr. Manager Commercial Finance supports the Director of Commercial Finance in a highly visible role focused on driving business performance through financial analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional partnership. This position serves as the key financial liaison for Sales, Marketing, and Legrand headquarters, providing insights into commercial performance, industry trends, and competitor activity. The role leads the development and implementation of financial systems, reporting tools, and databases that enhance forecasting, sales analytics, and decision-making across North America. Responsibilities include month-end close activities, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, executive reporting, acquisition integration support, and presentations to senior leadership. The Sr. Manager also develops strong business partnerships, drives process improvements, and ensures the integrity and effectiveness of financial systems and reporting after implementation.
