OmniOn Power is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support, administer, and optimize our global HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role will serve as a key technical and functional resource for HR and will partner across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and other functions to ensure our systems effectively support business needs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on Workday experience, including implementation experience, with strong knowledge of system configuration, business processes, reporting, testing, security, and data management. This individual will support day-to-day administration as well as new Workday functionality, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires someone who can operate independently, troubleshoot complex issues, translate business requirements into system solutions, and serve as a trusted Workday subject-matter expert across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Serve as a primary Workday subject-matter expert and provide day-to-day system administration and support.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes, including workflows, approvals, validations, notifications, and condition rules.
Support the implementation and deployment of new Workday modules, functionality, enhancements, and integrations.
Participate throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data validation, deployment, and post-production support.
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics to support HR and business needs.
Perform regular data audits and partner with HR stakeholders to maintain strong data quality and system controls.
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and develop scalable solutions.
Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, vendors, and implementation partners to support integrations and system initiatives.
Coordinate testing for system changes, Workday releases, enhancements, and implementations, including user acceptance testing.
Support Workday security administration, including security groups, roles, permissions, and access reviews.
