Forcepoint / DLP Engineer

Skillset Required: Hands on experience with Forcepoint Proxy (Web Security Gateway) and Forcepoint DLP DLP agent deployment & troubleshooting Lead configuration, policy tuning, and operational support for Forcepoint DLP platforms. Act as the SME for DLP platforms, managing deployment, upgrades, and integration challenges. Ensure effective, timely, and consistent DLP event triage, analysis, and incident response. Serve as the primary escalation point for critical DLP incidents and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to enhance workflows and reduce false positives. Ensure DLP policies align with regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, CCPA, and security standards like NIST. Monitor operational KPIs, continuously assess control effectiveness, and deliver executive-level summaries and dashboards. Troubleshooting Proxy and DLP related issues. Qualification: BE / BTech / MCA  Certification: Forcepoint DLP Certification is mandatory.
