This is a hands-on role that combines software engineering, solution design and business problem solving. You will work directly with operational teams, technology teams and leading AI vendors to identify opportunities, build solutions and deploy them into production environments. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across the full lifecycle of AI delivery - from understanding business processes and evaluating opportunities through to solution deployment, adoption and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Business Engagement & Solution Design Partner with business leaders and operational teams to understand workflows, challenges and improvement opportunities. Partner with Technology and Transformation teams to accelerate AI enablement Apply AI, automation and workflow technologies to improve business outcomes. Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Support the development of business cases and implementation plans. Solution Development & Deployment Design, build and deploy AI-enabled applications, workflows and automation solutions. Develop integrations between AI platforms, enterprise systems and business applications. Build APIs, services and lightweight applications to support operational use cases.
