Role: Forward Deployment Engineer Location: Perungudi, Chennai Role Overview We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering teams to deploy, integrate, configure, and support technology solutions in real-world environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand technical requirements and deployment needs. • Support the deployment, configuration, integration, and customization of software solutions. • Assist in translating business and customer requirements into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot application, integration, API, and deployment-related issues. • Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and web services. • Write scripts or small automation utilities to simplify deployment and operational processes. • Perform application testing, validation, and troubleshooting before and after deployment. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve technical issues. • Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilots, demos, and customer implementations. • Monitor deployed applications and assist in identifying performance and reliability issues. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and configuration documents. • Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams. • Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement requirements to relevant teams. • Ensure deployments are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining quality and security standards. • Travel to customer locations when required.
