Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager plays a key role in driving the company's financial performance. The position is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning activities. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, identifying key variances, risks, and opportunities. Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support business performance and strategic initiatives. Partner with and challenge operational leaders on budget management and performance objectives. Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure clear visibility of business performance. Support investment appraisals, business cases, and ad hoc financial analyses. Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial models. Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams across the organization. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Corporate Finance. Strong financial analysis, reporting, and financial modeling skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and ERP systems (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan, Oracle, or equivalent). Fluent English required Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making. Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
