This position requires a hybrid work schedule, and is available only in New York City. Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Executive Producer to join our production team and help lead the execution of ambitious, creatively driven work across a wide range of formats. This is a hands-on production leadership role for someone who understands how to take a creative idea from concept through execution. The ideal candidate has strong line production experience, a deep understanding of the advertising production ecosystem, and the ability to quickly build the right production team—whether leveraging our internal studio or partnering with an outside production company. You should be equally comfortable in a creative development meeting, building a bid, scouting vendors, negotiating with production partners, or being on set solving problems. You will work closely with our account, creative, and production teams to ensure that work is creatively excellent, financially responsible, and executed at the highest level. Lead Production from Bid Through Delivery Partner with account and creative teams to understand the creative ambition, scope, budget, timeline, and production requirements of each project. Determine the appropriate production model for each job, including when to leverage our internal studio versus an outside production partner. “Stand up” productions from the ground up, identifying and assembling the right production company, crew, vendors, stages, locations, equipment, and other resources. Build and manage production budgets, bids, schedules, estimates, and production plans. Evaluate production partners and vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure the best combination of creative quality, efficiency, and value.
