Position Details: • Start Date: ASAP for the 2026–2027 school year• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)• Grade Levels: 6th - 8th grade students
• Credentials : MI Social Worker License and MDE School Social Worker Credential Required• Compensation: Starting at $50/hour (commensurate with experience)• Location: Holly, MI - Onsite Only

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Social Worker with a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) degree to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing social work services to students, families, and school staff, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral concerns to support students' overall well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of students’ mental health, social-emotional functioning, and behavioral needs in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Provide individual and group counseling services focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, peer relationships, and family conflict.
Respond to crises within the school setting, including suicide risk assessments, child abuse reporting, and emergency mental health support.
Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans, especially addressing emotional, behavioral, and social goals.
