Do you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and making someone’s day a little easier? Collins Vision is looking for an experienced Medical Front Office Concierge to join our Naples team!
Our front office is more than a check-in desk—it is the first impression of our practice and an important part of the patient experience. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced medical setting.

**This position REQUIRES candidates to be willing and able to travel to all our office locations in Naples, Fort Myers and Punta Gorda**
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for our patients by:
Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly and professional manner
Monitoring the reception area and keeping patients informed as needed
Reviewing patient information and ensuring required forms and signatures are complete
Entering and updating patient demographic and insurance information
Verifying insurance coverage, benefits, referrals, and authorizations
Answering incoming calls and providing accurate practice information
Scheduling appointments, follow-up visits, diagnostic testing, and transfers of care
Collecting patient payments and explaining financial responsibility
Reviewing fee sheets for accuracy and entering charges
Documenting and following up on missed appointments
Supporting the front office team and assisting with other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of medical office experience (required)
At least one year of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities
Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
A dependable team player who is ready to contribute
