The Role You'll design, build, and optimise systems that give us speed, leverage, and accuracy before others even see the opportunity. Build full-stack trading and data systems Design and scale data pipelines feeding predictive models Develop and maintain internal platforms, tools, and infrastructure You'll own problems end-to-end, ship fast, and strengthen the stack with every commit. The Stack We use the right tools for the job. Currently: Languages: Python, Rust, Java, SQL Infra & DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Buildkite, Github Workflow: Prefect Comparable experience works if you learn fast.
