Full Stack Software Engineer

The Technology team at Chatham is responsible for building scalable, innovative fintech solutions that support global investment decisions. As a Full Stack Engineer within the Product Engineering department, you will contribute to the design, development, and operation of applications used by Chatham’s clients and internal teams. In this role you will: • Develop innovative, high-quality, and robust financial applications and microservices as part of our growing application development team. • Work as a member of an Agile Scrum team that owns the development and ongoing evolution of a specific product or platform. • Collaborate with software engineering teams, designers, quantitative analysts, product owners, product managers, and business stakeholders. • Build software using an evolving technology stack that currently includes .NET, ASP.NET, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, NServiceBus, and Redis. • Create automated unit, integration, and front-end tests using frameworks such as xUnit, Moq, NSubstitute, Cypress, and Playwright. • Implement and improve build, test, and deployment workflows through CI/CD pipelines using Docker, YAML, and GitHub Actions. • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
