G68 - Full Stack Engineer

Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join a dynamic product development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and user experience. You will be part of a cross-functional team that values engineering excellence, automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality digital products. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues. Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure software reliability and stability. Create and maintain technical documentation aligned with architectural and engineering standards. Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and development practices. Mentor junior engineers through coaching, feedback, and technical guidance. Act as a technical lead when required, driving technical decisions and ensuring alignment with engineering standards and business objectives. Requirements Technical Skills & Experience 3–5 years of software development experience, preferably in full-stack web application development. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Strong foundation in: Data Structures & Algorithms Object-Oriented Programming Software Design Principles & Design Patterns Hands-on experience with: React Node.js PostgreSQL Experience with: CI/CD pipelines Automated testing frameworks DevOps practices Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in a collaborative environment.
